TERMS & CONDITIONS
PAYMENT• I only accept payment through Stripe invoice, and in the form of USD.
• Invoices can be paid using credit, debit, Apple / Google Pay, etc.
• No Stripe account is required on the client's end.
• Payment is to be made upfront and in full.
• Invoices must be paid within 72 hours.
• Failure to pay will result in the loss of the commission slot.
• When payment is received, I will begin working on the order.PROCESS• WIPs will be provided in two stages; sketching and at final review.
• At the sketch stage, I will ask input on posing and once more for the completed sketch.
• All major changes and requests must be made during the sketch stage.
• Should a pose be rejected by the, I will only redraw it once.
• After that, each subsequent redraw will incur a fee.
• I will only edit a sketch a maximum of three times.
• I ask that clients carefully review WIPs and give change-requests in bulk.
• When a sketch has been given approval, I will proceed with the linework and rendering.
• At completion, a final WIP will be sent, and minor changes can be requested.
• Minor changes include colors or details previously discussed but missed.
• Once approved, the full commission will be sent, and the transaction will be complete.
• Full illustrations are 3k+ pixels on their longest side, saved as a PNG file, and 72 DPI.
• Alternate dimensions and DPI requests must be made before work begins.TIME FRAME• Turnaround-time is usually one month.
• This can change depending on the complexity of the order and my present workload.
• Bear in mind that I will not progress on a commission until WIPs have been approved.
• If something comes up that will keep me from meeting this deadline, I will inform clients.REFUND POLICY• If an order needs to be canceled, refunds can be made.
• The amount will depend on how far into the process I’ve gotten.
• A full refund will be given if I have not begun the sketch.
• 50% of the purchase price will be refunded if I have not begun the linework.
• 25% of the purchase price will be refunded if I have not begun the coloring.
• No refund will be offered if I have begun rendering.
• Absolutely no refund will be offered if an order has been delivered finished to the client.DO NOT• Do not make additional version or detail requests after the invoice has been paid.
• All details need to be discussed before payment.
• Do not start separate emails.
• Keep all commission details and discussions threaded in the original email.
• This ensures I can easily find everything we've discussed all in one place.
• Do not use my works for commercial purposes.
• Everything I provide is for personal use only.
• Do not use my work in blockchain or AI related technologies.OTHER DETAILS• I have set business hours; Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM Pacific.
• Commission prices and fees are subject to change.
• Changes will not affect any in-progress orders.
• All illustrations provided are digital; clients will not receive physical copies.
• I post all commission WIPs on Patreon, at smaller resolutions and with clear watermarks.
• I post all commission work on my SMS, at smaller resolutions and with clear watermarks.
• Only the client will have access to the full / watermark-free version of an illustration.
• Full / watermark-free illustrations are never shared anywhere by me.
• Clients may repost the pieces they have purchased on SMS.
• Retweets / reblogs from my personal accounts are preferred where applicable.
• Clients may use pieces for DPs, banners, RPs, etc, but proper credit is appreciated.
• Clients are expected to save their digital files; I will not host them indefinitely.
• Any and all rejected poses are free to be reused or resold by me.
• Clients have no claim to scrapped work.
• If there are questions or concerns at any point, my inbox is always open.
